International Import Logistics for Manufacturing Plant
The Challenge
A major manufacturing facility in the Greater Accra Region required the importation of heavy industrial machinery and production line equipment from Germany and China. The consignment included 42 containers of varying specifications, with several pieces classified as out-of-gauge cargo requiring specialised handling. Strict project timelines meant that any delays at port would cascade into significant production losses.
