McDan Shipping Company Limited has announced the opening of new operational offices in Lomé, Togo and Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, marking a significant milestone in the company's regional expansion strategy. The new offices will provide freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and transportation coordination services to clients operating across the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) zone.

The Lomé office will focus on transit cargo management through the Port of Lomé, which serves as a key gateway for landlocked countries in the Sahel region. The Ouagadougou office will support mining and agricultural clients in Burkina Faso who rely on Ghanaian ports for their international shipping needs.

Both offices are staffed with experienced logistics professionals who understand regional trade regulations, customs requirements, and transportation infrastructure. The company plans to employ over 40 local staff across both locations within the first year of operations.
